4 killed while 14 injured in Guerrillas attack

Four people were killed and 14 others, were injured including a Japanese photo-journalist when guerrillas fired indiscriminately in a busy square in the heart of Jammu and Kashmir's summer capital.

The guerrillas, later stormed into two hotels at Lal Chowk, engaging security forces who surrounded the area in an intermittent exchange of fire. The gun battle, caused tension across Srinagar.
