Ranbireshwar Temple

Ranbireshwar Temple was built by Maharaja Ranbir Singh in 1883 AD. It is located in Jammu on Shalimar Road near the New Secretariat. As this Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, therefore is a sacred place for Hindu's.

It has one central 'Lingam' of crystal measuring seven and a half feet in height (7.5 ft.) and twelve Shiva 'Lingams' of crystal measuring from 15cms to 38 cms. Galleries with thousands of Shivlings fixed on stone slabs can be seen in the temple.
