Season's First snowfall in Gulmarg

Gulmarg has received the season's first snowfall of the season. It is situated at an altitude of 8,500 feet in the Pir Panjal ranges of Kashmir. Gulmarg is a bowl shaped lush green plateau surrounded by a thick forest. Located 32 miles from Srinagar, it is a popular winter tourist destination.
